got an email today from a guy we runs a hoodies page on facebook that now has 2.9 million fans.  I was floored.  I had been tracking a different page with more than 600,000 fans and was well impressed, but 2.9 million is just insane.  Guess were I'll be spending my time on fb?  On one hand I'm a bit annoyed I didn't great create a generic page ages ago but also see this is a place that we can interact and market freely where as if we were admins and didn't bill it as a hoodiepeople page it would be weird to one day start marketing on it.

More than anything I think this is a great market validator for our startup and pretty much proves that people freckin love hoodies and fb is a prime spot to find them.
